All prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change without notice.
We will gladly accept a refund or exchange within 14 days of order being placed as we want you to be happy with your purchase. You do need to email us firstname.lastname@example.org first to advise of your return and goods must be in a resaleable condition. We do not accept returns on sale items or if the yarn has been wound into a ball or if the packaging has been opened. There will be an addition postage charge for the return goods.
If the goods are faulty or damaged or products sent in error we will absorb all shipping costs. Please notify us so we know to expect your return.
We endeavour to process and pack your order as soon as possible however some orders may take longer. We will send you an email should there be more than a 3 business day delay. We ship via Australia Post. A tracking number is provided for each order so you can follow the progress of your package. Should you make a change to your order this may delay the process.
For delivery costs please add products to the shopping cart, add your postal address and the cart will calculate the postage costs. For international deliveries all importing duties, charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
