We endeavour to process and pack your order as soon as possible however some orders may take longer. We will send you an email should there be more than a 3 business day delay. Sometimes some products are placed on backorder however you will be notified in your shopping cart should the selected product be available on backorder. Products on backorder may take a month or two to process and we will email you with an update.
We ship via Australia Post. A tracking number is provided for each order so you can follow the progress of your package. Should you make a change to your order this may delay the process.
For delivery costs please add products to the shopping cart, add your postal address and the cart will calculate the postage costs. For international deliveries all importing duties, charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
