We endeavour to process and pack your order as soon as possible however some orders may take longer. We will send you an email should there be more than a 3 business day delay. Sometimes some products are placed on backorder however you will be notified in your shopping cart should the selected product be available on backorder. Products on backorder may take a month or more to process and we will email you with an update. Please feel free to email us before purchasing a backordered product for an approximate processing timeframe.
Postage is to be paid on all orders except when eligible for free postage. Downloadable pattern orders are eligible to choose the “free postage for downloads only” option in the postage section however if yarn is included in the order then postage must be paid. Should an incorrect postage option be added to an order we reserve the right to charge postage before the order is shipped.
We ship via Australia Post. A tracking number is provided for each order so you can follow the progress of your package. Should you make a change to your order this may delay the process.
For delivery costs please add products to the shopping cart, add your postal address and choose the postal option that suits your order. For international deliveries all importing duties, charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that for orders shipped to a USA or Canada state or territory the customer must have a pre-arranged drop box address before ordering.
